The Finance team is engaged in various high-impact cross-organizational activities and has a strong presence at all crucial decision-making junctions.
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The role is very broad, and you will be involved in a variety of financial aspects, such as: running the annual budgeting process, producing regular forecasts that reflect the expected future performance of the business, analyzing current/historical business results and trends, advising on how the Company’s performance can be improved and exploring potential growth scenarios/engines.
Responsibilities:
Playing a leading role in the annual budget and financial forecasting process
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Collaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results, as well as with business and functional teams to provide various recommendations
Be the focal point for complex financial modeling, providing value-added insights to management to support business decisions
Developing and delivering reporting and analysis packages to senior management
Tracking and monitoring various KPIs used to drive business efficiency
Requirements:
At least 6 years of relevant professional experience in an FP&A function
Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management. An MBA is an advantage.
Experience in multinational companies, with a proven ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-cultural, and global environments.
Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations
Efficient and creative problem-solver
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Experience working with ERP systems and BI tools (such as Tableau)
Excellent English skills – writing and verbal
