About the Role:
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be joining the Enterprise FP&A team and overseeing the forecast and strategy for the global organization. To prepare the company for future growth, it will be important to not only understand the books, but also to be a strategic leader for the organization.
Responsibilities:
Forecasting elements such as amortization, interest, capital, and tax on a monthly to quarterly basis
Performing actuals reconciliations and variance analyses
Helping create a new process to outlook Earnings Per Share
Supporting the Senior Director through the identification of key insights and trends, and proactively communicating these to drive action
Assisting with the future design of financial statements and segment reporting
Implementing the right processes where needed, or driving continuous improvement of existing processes
Partnering with multi-functional leaders
Building the culture of the Finance and Accounting function
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in finance and accounting
A bachelor’s degree is required, finance or accounting is preferred
Technical skills and expertise
General accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP reporting is preferred
Comfortability with change and creating processes from the ground up
Desire to drive continuous improvement
