Salary Mid-Point: $90,000 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Permanent

Our client, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team. This role is integral in managing and analyzing financial operations, with a particular focus on accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), reconciliations and complex revenue recognition processes. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

Perform complex reconciliations across various accounts, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly Apply expertise in revenue recognition principles to handle intricate scenarios Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and sales Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation preferred - must have Big 4 public accounting experience 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with significant exposure to AR, AP, reconciliations and revenue recognition
