What You’ll Be Serving Up:

The Sr. Financial Analyst will use strong business acumen and analytical expertise to support and bring actionable strategic insights to KFC Global´s portfolio of business units (BMUs). This includes reviewing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions based on BMU results, consolidating BMU-level financial plans into a division-level forecast, developing impactful financial models, and performing strategic analysis on value-added business priorities to share with KFC Global leadership and drive results.

Here’s How You’ll Spice Things Up:

Planning and Analysis (50%)

Drive forecast process by consolidating and analyzing BMU-level plans on a quarterly basis – incl. load forecast into financial tool, legal entity. Analysis of period financial performance of all BMUs and the impact on KFC Global’s overall performance. Strategic analysis of brand or division projects (e.g., brand projects, leadership meetings, investor presentations. Manage the CAPEX submissions and approvals process, including analysis and correspondence with the field and HQ.

Communication (25%)

Effectively communicate, through written and oral means, results, ideas and recommendations. Assist in preparation of strategic review, annual plans, and presentation of division period financial performance. Interactions with Control Team in Louisville and each of the BMU planning teams. Recommend plans of action to senior management to meet financial objectives.

Modelling (25%)

Maintain and improve financial models used to collect and analyze BMU forecasts. Maintain and improve financial models used to track capital spend and ROI. Continually look for ways to improve modelling to offer greater insights into BMU and KFC Global financial performance.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Hyperion financial tool (HFM) is a plus. Demonstrated success in collaborating with teams, strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills required. Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Future focused with a passion for innovation, including desire to learn, adopt, and advance Finance technology capabilities. Experience in QSR or retail organization is a plus.
