Senior Financial Analyst
**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our great team at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant. Responsibilities: + Track all assigned projects creation, expenditures, and closeout + Support month-end closing activities + Prepare monthly CSR s and coordinate, at a minimum, monthly meetings with each PM to review program financial data + Complete monthly Account Reconciliations + Support weekly financial flash updates + Complete all project accounting self-assessments + Support Internal Audit & Financial Control Framework Testing + Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business plan updates + Support other ad hoc analysis, projects, or data requests + Apply CAS and FAR regulations where applicable + Manage multiple assignments/projects simultaneously + Coordinate program finance process improvement projects **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience or equivalent education/experience + Experience providing analytics and reporting to support leadership decision-making + Experience working on cross-functional teams + Proficient with MS Office/Excel **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience in Government Contracting and Cost Account Standards + Experience in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) + Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) + Experience in Hyperion + Experience as cost control analyst within Defense Industry **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $71600 - $121700 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
