This role will be responsible in ensuring our month-end close process is accurate, timely, and efficient. **What You’ll Do:** **Month-End Close Support:** 1. Create and manage schedules for the month-end close process. 2. Coordinate with GWS EMEA and other teams on communication and updates. 3. Assist in ensuring the accuracy of balance sheet accounts and support the close walk process. 4. Provide support to the US team for WD+3-+6 ICT. 5. Roll forward the monthly balance sheet flux file. 6. Follow up on outstanding queries related to balance sheet fluctuations. **Quarterly Reporting:** + Send out quarterly emails to collect information for SAB99, technical, and non-GAAP questionnaires. + Supporting Trade Working Capital (TWC) support by sending out files to individual country controllers to obtain commentary for material movements. + Analyze specific GL accounts to identify significant client account activity.
