How will you make an impact in this role?
The Enterprise Functions Finance team provides the full life-cycle of financial support to several critical areas of the company, driving both the financial planning & analysis and decision support aspects. This Senior Financial Analyst will support the financial coverage for the Colleague Experience Group (CEG) and Aviation through the annual financial planning & forecasting processes, ongoing reviews & communication of monthly financial results, and financial analyses which help drive business decisions. This role will have high exposure to the CEG and Aviation business partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Drive monthly financial performance review and risks & opportunities for CEG and Aviation to provide partners & leaders with proactive and insightful financial support Effectively communicate with partners and Enterprise Functions and Corporate Planning & Analysis Teams on financial results Closely work with business partners to help them address problems related to budget and expenses Support the annual planning processes (Long Range and Annual Plan) for CEG and Aviation Support cost benefit analyses to support decision making and investment optimization Maintain and improve key financial processes, data repositories, and systemsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor degree in finance or related majors Fast learner and willing to navigate through ambiguity Flexible and enjoys adapting to business needs and goals Highly motivated and eager to drive results through combination of detailed analytical P&L work and high-level strategic thinking Collaborates frequently and effectively with colleagues at all levels in the organization Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex topics simply and succinctly to a senior audience Proficient in TM1, Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications
Strong working knowledge and experience of P&L and results investigationSalary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
