Senior Financial Analyst
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with various departments and external business partners to understand their needs, developing and maintaining business systems, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. Financial Analysis: Lead and coordinate month-end financial analysis and reporting. Perform complex financial, statistical, productivity, and cost analytics. Collaborate with business partners to resolve financial issues and improve performance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Investigate, compile, analyze, and interpret data to support leadership decision-making. Develop, design, and maintain reports and visualizations. Summarize findings and opportunities identified in the data. Project Management: Lead and prepare feasibility studies and pro forma analytics for proposed projects. Manage project progress and communicate status and observed bottlenecks. Analyze financial feasibility of new and redevelopment projects. Monitor operation outcomes relative to expectations and communicate opportunities to enhance outcomes. Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with departments to revise existing systems to meet user needs. System Implementation and Support: Assist in the implementation, modification, and testing of business systems applications. Act as a point of contact/subject matter expert for application processes. Provide technical expertise and support for software applications. Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain positive and trusting relationships with business partners and finance colleagues. Provide education, training, and coaching to business partners on the effective use of financial systems and tools. Engage in planning processes by providing timely analysis that informs decisions. Work with functional experts within finance to assess implications of key actions and market trends on entity’s financial structure. Collaborate with planning and forecasting processes for supported operations. Collaborate with other finance leaders to improve and standardize processes and propagate best practices. Effectively develop finance team members’ technical skills and ability to understand system interdependencies, promoting a team approach with other areas of Ebenezer. Required: Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance Three or more years experience Preferred: Advanced Degree - Master's in Finance, Economics, or equivalent CFA/CMA/CPA Health care experience
