A Kforce client in the Baltimore, MD area is looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team. Duties and Responsibilities: * Senior Financial Analyst will lead the financial planning and forecasting process across multiple business areas and departments, to include annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and long-term financial planning (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) * Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business objectives and drive decision-making * Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making and scenario analysis * Monitor key financial metrics, trends, and performance indicators * Forecast cash, in both direct and indirect methods * As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will maintain 13-week cash modeling and support regular updates and monitoring of cash * Indirect rate development/modeling * Identification and tracking of business risks and opportunities, as well as plans to either mitigate or achieve them * Tool, template and process development, with a focus on ease of use for the user while ensuring information is appropriately detailed * Shape dashboards, deliverables, and presentations to clearly present to stakeholders both internal and external to Finance
