Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support to our client’s support functions. This individual will lead routine cost reporting, conduct meetings with functional leadership and employees, and provide direct support to function Vice Presidents and their teams for ad hoc analysis and projects. Additionally, this role will oversee the global budget process for support functions and contribute to the strategic planning process. The Senior Financial Analyst will also play a significant role in various value-add projects and process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesLead routine reporting for various corporate support functions, ensuring alignment with the needs of function leaders and their managers.Conduct routine meetings, gather and analyze data, and present meaningful information.Maintain accountability for foundational reporting, focusing on the quality and efficiency of the information and analysis provided.Identify and lead process improvement efforts.Lead the budget and forecast processes for global support functions, communicating effectively across all organizational levels.Execute process improvements related to cost and FTE level analysis.Support the forecast and strategic planning processes and other deliverables required by the Finance Business Partnership Team.Identify cost savings, service improvements, and other value-add opportunities within the support functions.Gather information and create analyses that yield meaningful improvements for customers.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance or related field.5+ years of experience in finance or a related role.Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices.Experience with SAP (S/4 preferred) and Power BI.Process mapping and change management experience.Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.Broad understanding of internal controls.Additional Skills & QualificationsCPA preferred.Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with in-office work on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Employees have the option to work a 9/80 or 10/80 schedule, with potential for some overtime, although no weekend work is expected. The team consists of 11-12 people, with the Senior Financial Analyst primarily interacting with 8-9 team members. The work environment is dynamic, and collaboration is key to meeting team deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
