We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about finance, analytics, and problem-solving.   You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, curiosity, and the ability to communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.  What You'll Do:  Maintain and develop financial models, standard templates and various reports to support planning processes and store operations, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic reviewProvide financial and analytical support for the annual budgeting and forecasting processesProvide financial analysis support as assigned by senior management and to various areas of the companyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure alignment with company objectivesProactively identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to senior managementManages preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial analysis schedules of actual vs. budget variancesMonitor and track financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying and explaining variancesWhat You'll Need:  Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, MBA a plus4-5 years related work experience in financial planning and analysisPrior retail industry experience is preferredDetail-oriented with strong organizational and skills.Independent worker and analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problemsDemonstrate solid MS Excel/spreadsheet skills.
