This position requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who is passionate about delivering high-quality financial management and ensuring a world-class customer experience. As part of our team, you will work with three primary customer types: homeowners, asset owners, installers, financing companies and subcontractors. Success in this role will be driven by your ability to manage AR DPD and issue resolution time, maintain financial accuracy, and optimize financial operations to support Enphase’s business goals. What You Will Do  Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: • Oversee AR processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.• Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding receivables.• Collaborate with Account Managers to address AR issues and disputes, reducing days past due.• Manage residential customer payments and resolve payment issues effectively. Accounts Payable (AP) Management: • Manage AP workflows, including provider payment verification, approvals, and processing.• Track and reconcile vendor accounts, fostering strong relationships with vendors.• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.• Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve payment cycle times. Revenue and Expense Tracking: • Build and refine financial models to support key business initiatives.• Monitor and track revenue streams with accuracy and timeliness.• Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Assist with budgeting and variance analysis. Liaison Between Accounting and Business Teams: • Act as a bridge between the Accounting and Business teams to align financial operations with organizational goals.• Provide actionable insights and support for decision-making and operational improvements.• Ensure financial transactions comply with organizational policies and industry standards. Other Responsibilities: • Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations.• Develop and document process improvements for AR/AP and financial tracking systems. Who You Are and What You Bring  Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: • 5+ years of experience in AR/AP management, financial tracking, or related roles.• Previous experience in a liaison role between Accounting and Business teams is preferred. Skills: • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Oracle, Stripe).• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Competencies: • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all financial transactions and reporting.• Collaboration: Works effectively across departments to achieve shared objectives.• Time Management: Manages multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.• Proactive Mindset: Anticipates challenges and resolves them before escalation. Why Join Us? At Enphase, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a global movement toward clean, sustainable energy while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.
