Key Areas of Responsibility: 

Perform corporate FP&A processes and apply financial lens to business inputs.Perform data transformation and analysis to support financial decision-making.Compile expense output from multiple systems/sources with accuracy and efficiency.Improve existing spreadsheets and processes to enhance financial reporting and analysis.Monitor and report monthly revenue (or expense) performance versus budget.Collaborate with regional finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment between budget and actuals, including product, region, and margin reporting initiatives.Design and improve revenue reporting and forecasting tools and processes.Report key business metrics to support strategic decision-making.Support aspects of revenue (or expense) reporting, forecasting, and planning; ensure accuracy in base data and analyses.Develop processes and methodologies for reporting and analyzing revenue (or expense) by line of business, product, region, and customer (or vendor) levels.Source, develop, and interpret financial data to provide insights into trends and recommend improvements.Own financial models; ensure accuracy, implement improvements, and drive efficiency.Pro-actively detect and deliver insights within the numbers to support business growth.Lead special projects and perform ad hoc analysis as required.Collaborate with strategy teams and lead financial input for transformation activities across the business.Support the creation of business support and strategy decks to communicate financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance with high GPA. MBA, CFA, or relevant certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis in a corporate FP&A function.Proven success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial modeling.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
