We are seeking a finance professional to lead full-cycle accounting processes, drive financial forecasting, and analyze results to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will oversee financial reporting, ensure accuracy in financial records, and provide insights to enhance business performance. You will also manage and mentor one direct report, fostering a collaborative and results-driven finance function
Responsiblities• Manage and maintain the financial data systems as they relate to full cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Partner with operational divisions in forecast preparation and ongoing financial analysis, leading regular reviews with senior management
• Lead budget consolidation for supporting departments and prepare monthly analytical reviews with budget leaders
• Oversee corporate internal control program and monitor compliance
• Support monthly and annual financial reporting to parent company, Liebherr International AG
• Manage year end audit requirements and compliance with tax legislation
• Support development of Power BI dashboards to provide operational insights and analysis
• Assist with preparation of cash flow forecasting and key financial reporting for senior management
• Additional ad hoc projects and duties as assigned
Competencies 3-5 years proven leadership experience in financial reporting, with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
