Primary Role of This Position:\r\n

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leveraging their exceptional analytical skills to utilize data and available systems to support a comprehensive financial analysis for key management decisions. Other key responsibilities include ensuring accounting integrity of key areas resulting in accurate financial statements, value-add insights into the financial results, and the ability to drive efficiencies and change management.\r\n

Major Responsibilities:\r\nMonth-End Management Reporting \u2013 provide monthly reporting packages for key areas of the P&L \r\nCreate new reporting as required to meet changing business needs\r\nOther weekly and monthly reporting to management for certain key business indicators\r\nInteract with both internal and external parties for issue resolution, reporting, reconciliations, explanation\r\nAssist in the preparation of key components of the annual financial budget\r\nCommunicate results to key personnel with financial recommendations\r\nInitiate, support, and contribute to special projects, process improvements and automation\r\nInfluence a culture of continuous improvement by implementing process and job efficiencies\r\nOther analysis and projects as required of the position\r\n\r\n
