Come join International's Finance and Accounting team in Lisle as a Senior Financial Analyst!
A successful Senior Financial Analyst will have a strong financial modeling background and experience with financial reporting and analysis. This role functions as a program-level finance lead, which demands exceptional communication skills and a great deal of cross-functional interaction. This role is not only responsible for accurate tracking and scoring of program financials but is also tasked with managing/controlling program spend and guiding program strategy through prudent, finance-based decision-making.
Responsibilities Finance lead for assigned product development programs supporting multiple vehicle and powertrain platformsWork with Program Teams and Project Managers to understand the financial implications of program actionsCoordinate cross-functionally with various Traton and International departments, including Engineering, Sales, Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and QualityMaintain control of program expense and capital spending versus program targets and within overall budget constraintsDevelop and prepare business cases to assess financial viability of new project requests.Effectively communicate and formally present the financial status of product programs to International and Traton senior leadershipReview, analyze, and report monthly data, monitoring and tracking program statusWork with the product costing organization to understand Bill-of-Material changesSupport program financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and longer-term strategic planning processesPrepare ad hoc analyses as required Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 2 years of finance experienceOR
Master's degreeAt least 1 year of finance experienceOR
