Senior Financial Analyst
**Description** Actively participate in the Corporate Reporting & Analysis team. Responsible for the activities related to the Company's monthly and quarterly results including (i) Prepare, analyze and review the Global Results of Operations Profit & Loss Statement accounts to be presented monthly to the Global Controller, including related commentary, (ii) Prepare monthly Net Sales and Online Net Sales Flash as well as Monthly Estimate vs. Actual Summary (iii) assist in preparation and analytical review of various schedules included in the Quarterly Review book, (iv) provide customer service support and help with special projects Responsibilities + Internal and External Reporting, Analysis and Commentary – responsible for the preparation of monthly/quarterly reporting, analysis and commentary relating to the P&L, (results of the Company’s operations). This reporting typically compares Actual results with Plan, Estimate and Prior Year results. On a monthly basis, the Global Results of Operations P&L and commentary deck is prepared and then reviewed with the Global Controller + Prepare, review, analyze and distribute various monthly Net Sales, Online Net Sales, and MTD estimate reports. Analytical approach is required to ascertain accuracy in reporting and to ensure material fluctuations are valid and explainable . + Prepare and analyze key corporate journal entries including Plan, Actuals and Estimates, Sales returns accrual + Provide customer service related to reporting and analysis to executives, brands, affiliates, Investor Relations, and other Corporate groups, as required + Special accounting and reporting projects, as required. **Qualifications** + Corporate Reporting experience preferred + CPA license (or on track for licensure) preferred + University Degree in Accounting + 3 years minimum experience + OneStream or Essbase experience required, SAP experience a plus + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills) + Strong analytical acumen evaluating alternatives reach conclusions for recommendation + Strong written and communication skills + Independent self⁃starter with the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines + Strong Inter⁃Personal skills including: Able to interact and communicate effectively, must be able to express ideas in individual and group situations + Teamwork/Collaboration: working effectively with teams and work groups Equal Opportunity Employer It is Company's policy not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.
