Made Possible.** **POSITION SUMMARY:** The main function is to provide analytical support, forecasting and planning for Paperboard Manufacturing capital spending. This includes both activity-based tracking (GR’s, accruals) and actual cash outlay (invoice payment timing). Monthly processes include analyzing and maintaining actual spend on capital projects, working with the Operations and Engineering teams to establish and review new projects and aiding in creation of new Appropriation Requests (ARs). Additional responsibilities are to work closely with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting and Corporate IT on maintaining and improving the AR system that is utilized across the corporation for the approval process of all ARs. Once a year, this role would also be responsible in consolidating and reporting on the 5-year capital plan. Assist in developing presentations to executive management, Board of Directors (BOD) and external entities. Provide analytical support for integration projects, and treasury related activities. Support continuous improvement activities to achieve world class financial reporting standards. **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Monthly:** + Develop appropriate reporting tools using current systems + Analyzing actual spend on capital projects + Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and Corporate & Facility Procurement on actual spend + Develop and present reporting of capital spend for the Paperboard Manufacturing business unit + Lead the monthly forecasting process + Ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics to support BOD, Business Unit, CFO and CEO reporting requirements for all Paperboard Manufacturing capital expenditures. + Maintain/collaborate/develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives that require capital expenditures **Quarterly:** + Consolidation of Business Unit Results with supporting explanations + Coordination of reporting with Investor Relations and SEC External Reporting **Annual:** + Support the development and analysis of the Long-Range Plan (LRP) + Support the development and analysis of the annual operating plan + Analysis of business segment plans (confirmation of adherence to agreed upon capital expenditure targets) **Continuous:** + Support Business Unit as needed on special projects + Support maintenance of capital data + Support users in the field with TM1 **POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:** + BS with major in Finance / Accounting + MBA with concentration in Finance (preferred) + Manufacturing experience preferred, specifically Paperboard Packaging Industry + Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP R3 and OLAP tools + Strong financial modeling skills + 5+ years of finance experience **\#LI-Hybrid** **Pay Range:** **$78,750.00** - **$105,000.00** **Graphic Packaging is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
