Senior Financial Analyst (F/H)

Primary Objective of the **Financial Analyst** in Diabetes Care : Empower stakeholders with financial insights, support strategic decisions, and ensure seamless month-end close activities. **Major Accountabilities:** + **SG&A Management:** + Oversee operating expenses and month-end closing. + Track P.O.s, invoices, and spending; alert deviations. + Prepare monthly spending reports and support budget management. + Foster finance culture and manage inter-company billing. + **Sales:** + Create sales dashboards and maintain daily sales tracker. + Review credit notes and provide financial analysis for commercial policies. + **Month-End Close:** + Consolidate P&L, prepare Flash P&L report, and conduct ad-hoc analysis. + **Internal Controls:** + **Act as main point of contact for compliance, internal (corporate) and external audits and their requests.** + Support internal control management and compliance. + Ensure timely approvals and maintain audit records. **Background** + Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business or finance / accounting. + Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Commercial Finance Function. + Experience in a Big 4 is a plus. + Strong business partner attitude to support the Commercial Business groups. + Adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently. + Set priorities and organize work to meet strict deadlines. + Strong analytical skills. + Good communications skills both verbal and written. + Advanced MS Office knowledge. + Fluent in English and French. + Strong team player.
