Position Description: Responsible for the yearly business plan, analysis of monthly results and impact on yearly performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Produce Quarterly 4-Quarter look ahead forecasts to be reviewed by Senior Management and submitted to Hochtief.Manage, Present, and submit annual business plan to Hochtief. This responsibility includes:In-depth analysis of business conditionsTechnical update of the HACE mapping file, 3-Year model, and other modelling toolsPresentation of proposed forecast to senior managementSubmission of approved plan via HACE online portalDevelopment of yearly targets by EVP member taking into account current business conditions, and a goal to reach anticipated target.Responsible for monthly updates of Proforma forecast model, including updating variance analysis, quarterly and fully year road-maps, and a reconciliation of actuals with HQ accounting team.Responsible for Quarterly Net Working Capital AnalysisExpectation to manage and produce ad-hoc analysis of business metrics & conditions as needs ariseAnalyze business risks, and the impact on profitabilityOn-going focus on continuous improvement, and implementing Lean solutionsOther activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.
