Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payment solutions for businesses of all sizes. Senior Financial Analyst position in the GCS Finance Investment Optimization team will play a key role in producing and advancing analysis to support marketing strategy and investment decisions, including support in evaluation and development of Card and Marketing CMVs. As a strategic partner to the business, this role will offer opportunities for interactions with the GCS Marketing and Finance colleagues. Job Responsibilities: + Lead and develop analyses and presentation materials shared in meetings with AXP and GCS senior leadership teams + Drive to ensure consistency and excellence in ROI based decision making across Products, Segments and Acquisition Types. + Support Marketing teams in offer constructs with the objective of maximizing profitability + Lead analyses on key performance trends, insights into long-term investment performance + Drive deeper analytics to unlock insights into business behavior and external influences + Partner with various teams supporting GCS including Decision Science and FP&A teams to provide qualitative/business insights into results and incorporate trend analysis into the CMV Process Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor’s / Master’s degree + 1-2 years of relevant experience + Excellent communication skills including the ability to share complex messages and actionable ideas to executive-level audiences + Proven track record of being highly collaborative in managing / navigating matrixed set of stakeholders + Proactive, self-starter able to manage ambiguity + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail + Ability to solve ad hoc business problems independently and manage multiple priorities and projects while adhering to deadlines + Strong desire and ability to learn + Proficient in Microsoft Suite Program specifically Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: + Card issuer experience preferred + Experience in SQL and Python + Experience with company financial systems (TM1, etc.) a plus **Qualifications** Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
