Our team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Services & Solutions (FSS) team in Las Colinas. The Senior Financial Analyst will primarily be responsible for accounting and finance activities in support of McKesson Specialty Supplier/Customer Finance, a segment of McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services. This role is responsible for overseeing and operationalizing Group Purchasing Organization (“GPO”) rebates and administrative fee billings in accordance with executed contractual agreements. The Senior Financial Analyst responsible for contract review, analysis and implementation, accrual processing, general ledger reconciliation, reporting, rebate payout validation, analysis & research. As a key financial liaison, the Senior Financial Analyst will partner and support both internal and external customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Review and interpret Contractual Agreements applied to accurate fee calculations and billing.Oversee Contractual T&C implementation in McKesson Vistex systems.Supervise the Process & Distribution of Supplier Invoices including contractually defined Invoice Data requirements.Perform GL Account Reconciliations, Flux, and P&L Variance Analyses providing analytical insight.Review Aging Reports, assist with collections and proper application of supplier payments.Calculate, validate and process pay out of pass through rebates.Coordinate and resolve fee disputes with Suppliers & Internal teams.Provide leadership with monthly scorecards and metrics.Proactively seek ways to continuously improve processes to achieve greater efficiencies and better controls.Ensure all processes are in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and SOX guidelines.Perform special projects as needed.Competencies:

Excellent understanding and proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook.Excellent ability to quickly interpret and summarize detailed calculations as outlined in executed contractual agreements. Contract Interpretation ExperienceAbility to develop and present data driven insights to Senior leaders.Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.Experience utilizing root cause analysis techniques to evaluate and resolve unique dispute parametersSolid knowledge and understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP).Collaborative and critical thinking skillsAbility to interpret financial data and communicate results clearly.Strategic thinker and problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills with ability to work successfully as a team member.Demonstrates adaptability, handles day to day work challenges confidently and timely, is willing and able to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.Shows resilience in the face of challenges, demonstrates flexibility; prioritizes work accordingly.Strong experience and skills for reporting and variance analysis, reviewing trend data and exception recognition.Ability and/or experience in working with multiple systems such as SQL, Power BI, etc.Experience with SAP is preferred.Experience with Vistex is preferred.Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a concentration in Finance or Accounting.5+ years of accounting, finance, finance analytics or similar experience.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
