In this high-visibility role, you'll be a key strategic partner, collaborating with stakeholders from global FOAA, Accounting, and Finance Operations to prepare dynamic financial analyses that inform mission-critical decision making. This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon’s current flexible work guidance. Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.
Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2400 gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Key job responsibilities
• Compile financial statement analytics of accounts receivables.
• Monitor general ledger account balances, deep dive, explain fluctuations and understand underlying business events.
• Provide month end close analytics, for example for general ledger account balances or YoY movements as well as external audit support.
• Manage and lead balance sheet reviews with Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with global Accounting and Finance Operations teams to resolve accounting issues.
