The position will serve as the finance lead supporting Ferrara’s promotional strategies.
Ways you will make a difference The Trade Promo Optimization SFA will lead analysis on the promotional strategy for Ferrara’s key brands and top customers Analyze market data, to understand retail trends and behaviors, and develop actionable plans and recommendations to Senior Leaders to drive decision making process Develop and implement promotional plans to maximize trade ROI Track implementation and effectiveness of promotional strategies, and measure compliance against the plan of record Reporting of promotional results, including learnings, recommendations, and best practices Execute trade management and support for pricing events and promotions Work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Planning, Finance, and Operations Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects as required Eagerness to learn new skills and tools as needed to streamline work Skills that will make you successful Problem Solving – proactively identify and assess problems and implement appropriate solutions that demonstrate understanding of team strategies and objectives Analytical Skills – analyze and summarize large data sets, identify market and consumer trends, and market opportunities Advanced excel skills, with ability to build and manage complex financial models Intrapersonal Skills - Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and deliverables Experience working with extremely large data sets Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles Experiences that will support your success Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, or related fields Three years of CPG experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills Experience working with large data sets (Circana/Nielsen) preferred What We OfferAt Ferrara, we're proud to support our employees with comprehensive benefits that enhance health, financial wellness, and include paid time off (PTO). CompensationThe salary range for this position is $78,750-$110,250 annually.
