**Position Purpose:** Sr. Analyst - Store Operations role is a high-visibility role responsible for P&L management of Store Operations and Natural Disaster portfolios, totaling ~$500M in controllable non-labor expenses across 25 accounts. It involves planning, forecasting, month-end close, and ad hoc analysis, with a strong focus on cost management and savings initiatives. The Sr. Analyst partners closely with stores, Regional Finance Leads, and Operations leadership, providing financial insights to support strategy and performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently are essential. **Key Responsibilities:** + 40% Planning, Forecasting, and Reporting - Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports. Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to create detailed forecasts and provide variance analysis to explain key financial trends. Deliver clear, comprehensive reporting to senior leadership, highlighting critical insights and potential risks.
