Redis is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Topline and Sales Finance team. 

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting, including the preparation and reporting of the company’s financial statements, financial metrics, budgets, and forecasts. You will report to the Manager, Topline and Sales Finance and collaborate across the company with key stakeholders to drive critical business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter with financial modeling, analytics, and communication skills. You will have experience with high-growth SaaS companies and a keen understanding of key SaaS metrics. You must have high integrity and an ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do: 

Build and own sales capacity & productivity models, pipeline models, and any other revenue / ARR deliverables Drive cross functional alignment with sales and operations to improve processes and forecasting accuracy Prepare, analyze, and report key financial and operating metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Identify trends, track progress, and make recommendations on areas for improvement Develop and improve the implementation of financial planning and data systems Lead ad-hoc projects for the CFO and executive management team

What will you need to have? 

4-6+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance in an FP&A role in a high-growth SaaS environment BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative field Strong spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment Extraordinarily detail-oriented with strong work ethic and team-first attitude

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $115,144 – $131,818 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
