You will support clients through the various stages of wealth; growing their wealth, preserving their wealth and transfer of their wealth to the next generation. This is a thrilling opportunity to take a leading role on this team as a Senior Financial Associate. You will be actively involved in cultivating client relationships.  You will have the ability to function independently on behalf of the Financial Advisor team, with minimal direction.

What will you do?

Gradually take on the role as the main financial contact and relationship manager for 150 families.Conduct annual reviews with clients going over their portfolios, performance, economic updates, and life events that may affect their long range wealth plan. Promptly execute rebalances as part of clients’ annual reviews. Edit their wealth plan as necessary and update our CRM with detailed client notes.Collect and analyze client’s financial information to educate new and existing clients; this may include introducing additional products and services.Monitor and evaluate clients’ investment needs and progress by reviewing transactions, monthly statements, market research and ongoing client communications.Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness for the advisor team.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

7+ years industry experienceSeries 7, Series 66 (or 63/65) and State licenses consistent with those of the FA(s) this person supportsExcellent understanding of fixed income, equities, mutual funds, the stock market, long term investing, financial and retirement planningExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and able to independently manage multiple demands and competing prioritiesDetail orientated, strong analytical and organizational skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentStrong client service orientation, providing excellence in all aspect of support

CFP designation preferredBachelor’s degreeAdvanced computer skills
