Position Overview International Motors in Lisle, IL has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Consultant supporting our Engineering and Research & Development (R&D) function. In this role, you will be responsible for business case development/modeling, financial analysis, and reporting for International’s engineering & product development programs, In addition to finance experience and business acumen, this role demands exceptional communication skills and a high level of cross-functional interaction to ensure International product launches and updates are a success. Responsibilities • Finance lead for assigned product development programs supporting different vehicle and powertrain platforms • Coordinate cross-functionally with various departments, including Engineering, Sales, Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality • Prepare Business Cases to assess financial viability of engineering & product development programs • Review and report monthly data, monitoring and tracking program status and work hand-in-hand with program teams to resolve issues • Effectively communicate and formally present the financial status of product programs to senior leadership • Support financial forecasting, annual budgeting, and longer-term strategic planning processes • Prepare ad hoc analyses as required Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of finance experience 1 year lead experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of finance experience 1 year lead experience OR At least 8 years of finance experience 1 year lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
