What would you do as our Senior Financial Controller
As Kinetron continues to scale as a leading innovator in micro energy systems and product development, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to lead and professionalize our finance function. This is a pivotal role, combining daily team leadership, financial strategy, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
You would also be responsible for:
Leading the finance team (reporting, accounting, administration). Acting as the strategic financial contact for internal and external stakeholders (including our parent company ASSA ABLOY). Driving and overseeing monthly and quarterly financial budgeting, reporting and compliance. Set-up, improvement and maintaining of the budget, forecasting and control processes. Representing Finance in the MT and contributing to strategic decision-making. Implementing and improving financial systems and internal processes. Supervising financial audits and internal controls. Being hands-on when necessary, especially in a growing team.
