You’ll make an impact by: Advance CF F Development: Join the Group Risk team to drive Siemens Treasury’s (CF F) development and support decision-making through data-driven insights and high-quality reporting. Additionally, be part of the global credit and market risk monitoring activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into the entire Siemens Treasury organization and beyond.Risk Management: Enhance CF F risk management approaches and methods, focusing on market and credit risk and independent risk monitoring.Independently create and develop dashboard-based reporting formats.Digitize and automate processes and document processes and methods independently.Review the quality of data and models used for market and credit risk limit monitoring.Conduct specific / ad-hoc risk analysis beyond regular reporting.Public Disclosure: Contribute to Siemens' annual public disclosure by providing high-quality risk information.Dashboard Development: Improve existing dashboards to support transparency and decision-making using transaction and exposure/risk/wallet information.Strategic Engagement and Projects: Engage with CF F management and further collaborators in strategic discussions, providing necessary analyses and briefings, such as for bank or management meetings. Drive projects as needed, including those related to customer credit management, new financing models, or the Siemens Group Rating.Innovation and Collaboration: Generate ideas to further develop CF F and the Group Risk team. Work with CF F product lines, functions, and other group units, particularly the accounting department (CF R).
This is how you'll win us over:Education: Master's degree in economics or mathematics.Experience: At least several years of experience in Financing, Risk Management, Treasury, or related functions in international banks, multinational corporations, or consulting companies. Proficient in developing, implementing, and maintaining reporting and financial risk models.Knowledge: Understanding of financial products, markets, and treasury activities.Skills:Experience in risk management processes and methods, and project implementation.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) or process automation tools (KNIME, Alteryx, etc.).Experience in leading projects or project workstreams.High initiative, team spirit, curiosity, and motivation to tackle new tasks and develop ideas.Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on results, assertiveness, and high social and methodological skills.Familiarity with Siemens' treasury activities, data, system landscape (e.g., Adstar, Murex, MARS), and processes is advantageous.Languages: Business proficiency in German and English.
