This position will monitor and participate in outreach to stakeholders and government entities on the prevention of senior financial fraud, exploitation, and abuse. Responsibilities include receiving and reviewing reports of potential Senior Financial Fraud and Exploitation, assisting victims and family members in issues related to senior financial fraud and exploitation and make recommendations to the Assistant Commissioner of Enforcement on how to apply Chapter 45A. This role will collaborate with the Attorney General's Office, law enforcement, and other interested entities on enforcement options, enforcement actions, special projects statewide, task forces, and committees on behalf of Minnesota consumers.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Three (3) years of strategic, high-level management, and leadership experience that includes:
+ Experience working in the public sector or in the financial services industry.
+ Supervisory or leadership experience with demonstratable skills in setting priorities, providing work direction, managing projects, coaching, and developing staff.
_A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Political Science, Public Policy, Public Administration, or a related field is equivalent to one (1) year of experience._
Applicants who meet the above education / experience requirements will be further evaluated on the following:
+ Experience in outreach events.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience in public speaking, correspondence, and drafting policies and procedures.
+ Experience analyzing data sufficient to provide recommendations to leadership.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of state policies, statutes, and regulations.
+ Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry.
+ Experience with stakeholder engagement and public service.
+ Experience working with law enforcement on issues related to financial fraud.
**Physical Requirements**
Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
