Senior Financial Manager (m/w/d)

Let's talk about the team:
The primary role of the Enterprise Financial Services function is to provide transactional accounting services including, but not limited to, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.   

Key deliverables include, but not limited to, compiling and analyzing financial information, preparing balance sheet, income statement, and other reports. Assist in preparation and accurate completion of periodic internal & external financial regulatory & statutory reports. 

The EFS department comprises the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll teams. It is responsible for the accurate accounting of all relevant business transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards and for timely monthly reporting to ResMed Group Finance for consolidation.  

Let’s talk about the role:

Lead accounting services for all ResMed Germany entities (P2P, Expenses, Payroll, O2C, R2R)Ensure accurate financial processes comply with policies and regulationsCollaborate with FP&A and GPOs on business partnering and process improvementDeliver accounting services meeting KPIs; drive change and process standardizationWork with stakeholders to ensure system adoption and high customer satisfactionSupport Oracle FUSION implementation and other system upgradesManage third-party service providers (e.g., Payroll)Assist EFS Director EMEA in executing ResMed 2030 strategy and Finance Operating ModelRemove obstacles to achieve goalsManage team performance, recruitment, and HR actions with People TeamPrepare US GAAP and HGB financial statements and reconciliationsOptimize internal controls (IKS) and conduct monthly SOX checksCoordinate audits with internal and external auditors

Let’s talk about the you:

Degree in accounting, finance, or related field10+ years leading finance teams in local/shared servicesExperience with ERP systems (MS Navision, ORACLE preferred)Professional accounting qualification (internationally recognized)Strong communicator and team leader; drives innovation and improvementsSkilled problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitudeCollaborative with strong change management skillsThrives in agile, fast-paced, matrixed environmentsDeep knowledge of HGB and US GAAP accounting standardsExperienced in business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting analysisStrong proficiency in German and English is required
