Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Associate

Join our team in our New York City office supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities for ISS STOXX on a global scale. In this role, you will play a key part in developing systems and processes to guide the organization through its next growth phase and potential public listing. We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical skills who can build models, prepare presentations, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across the company. Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential. This position reports directly to the Director of FP&A and offers significant exposure to senior management, including the CFO and COO.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and drive initiatives to enhance and scale forecasting and reporting models.Prepare monthly management reporting presentations, providing commentary on key developments.Collaborate with the accounting team to analyze results versus forecasts.Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles, delivering insights on past performance and future expectations.Assist with executive-level presentations for Audit Committee and Shareholder meetings.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for business segments.Fulfill and manage ad-hoc requests from senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.Minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably in financial analysis.Strong understanding of financial result interpretation and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Experience with finance and planning processes in a larger corporate environment.Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of major CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) is a plus.SAP knowledge required.Hybrid work policy, based in our New York City office.

This role is only being recruited in New York City. 

Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $100,000 - $120,000 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and level of education.

The role is bonus or sales incentive eligible.
