We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

Working closely with Asia Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to provide the Board / EXCO with timely and insightful analytics to support strategic decision making and drive better business performance across the regionDeveloping analyses and insights in respect of key performance metrics for Asia, both historical and forward-looking. These analyses are required for identifying business risks and opportunities to support Board / EXCO and investor presentationsPlaying a key role in reviewing and challenging the forecast projections, analysing internal and external data to uncover trends, patterns, and root-cause relationships between different impact factors and supporting value identificationRepresenting the team to work with a wide range of stakeholders on transformation initiatives around financial planning processes, including gathering business requirements, coordinating and managing with different stakeholders, communicating outcomes with senior management, etcBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders, adopting a joined-up approach to execute change at paceChallenging the status quo to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including enhancement to reporting capabilities, automation processes, data visualisation initiatives, etc

The role holder will get exposure to work with a range of senior stakeholders. The role will suit an individual who is looking to raise their profile, take on significant responsibilities and be involved in business / strategic change projects.

Sound communication skills with the ability to explain complicated financial matters in clear (non-jargon) languageExperience in financial planning / budgeting. Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset, and an excellent grasp of business acumen. Previous Business Finance / Financial Reporting experience will be a plusGood understanding about data infrastructure, data quality, analytics and controlsDemonstrate strong project discipline, planning and collaboration skills. Able to adapt to change, anticipate issues and resolve problems in a timely mannerSolution oriented mindset and proactive approach in driving change and innovationAmbitious, driven and enthusiastic – proactive thinker
