Responsibilities Include:
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with financial managers and business leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Drive strategic financial planning by incorporating data insights and business trends into the budgeting process.Serve as a key contributor to the continuous improvement and enhancement of the Anaplan software tool for budgeting and forecasting.Identify opportunities for optimization and scalability within the tool to meet evolving business needs.Extract, analyze, and interpret complex financial data from multiple sources to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.Deliver comprehensive financial analyses that inform and influence leadership decision-making.Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Company, divisions, and locations to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to leadership.Prepare and deliver detailed month-end reporting for Global Practices, Regional, and International Locations.Design and deliver training programs for department staff and executive management on financial budgeting and forecasting processes to enhance organizational financial literacy.Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and overhead analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.Maintain internal controls and support audit activities as required.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reports prepared for internal and external stakeholders.Lead or actively participate in annual departmental initiatives focused on innovation, efficiency, and process improvements.Champion best practices and introduce new methodologies to enhance operational effectiveness.Mentor and support the professional growth of staff accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality outputs from team members.Perform other duties that align with the role’s focus on financial reporting, analysis, and organizational success.
