Senior Financial Systems Analyst (One Stream)

About the Role

 

Magna’s Financial Reporting Systems department is currently responsible for the management and support of the OneStream suite of applications used by Magna’s global finance users to prepare and present consolidated financial information for both internal and external users.  

 

This position will join the team responsible for the administration of Magna’s OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close and Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting applications.

Your Responsibilities

 

Manage integrations, data quality processes, and metadata updates from source ERP systems to OneStream. Implement OneStream reports, dashboards, and system changes/enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor and maintain data integrity, security, and SOX compliant controls, coordinating with auditors as needed. Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Provide technical and functional support for OneStream applications to end users. Ensure timely project completion and deliver critical objectives. Who we are looking for

 

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/systems analyst roles, preferably as a financial systems administrator/manager. OneStream knowledge preferred. University degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT (or equivalent). Extensive experience managing OneStream Consolidation, Month End Close, and Planning, Budget, and Forecasting applications. Familiarity with multiple sources of EPM data integrations and knowledge of SQL and VB.net is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products and comfortable working with complex financial data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Your preferred qualifications
