We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing firmware for medical devices and a strong proficiency in C and C++. This role requires a deep understanding of embedded systems and a passion for creating robust, efficient, and reliable firmware solutions. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in firmware development, with a focus on embedded systems Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal programming Strong understanding of hardware interfaces, such as I2C, SPI, UART, and GPIO Familiarity with medical device regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 62304) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Desired Skills & Experience Experience with wireless communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi). Knowledge of signal processing and sensor integration. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Experience with debugging tools and techniques, including JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
