Our Client and Managed Services team provides essential middle office support, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency and data quality for clients. As part of this team, you'll bridge investment professionals in the Asset & Wealth Management industry with FactSet's platform, using your finance and technical expertise to improve client’s research and analysis processes.
We are seeking Senior Analytics Specialists to become an expert in the FactSet Core Analytics product suite (Performance or Fixed Income Analytics), collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as client representatives, sales, product specialists, and engineers.
What You'll Do
Participate in implementations, managed services, consultancy, and solution optimizations, focusing on product functionalities and industry principles
Resolve complex issues related to client portfolios, financial data, and operational workflows while performing intricate analyses
Assist in executing clients’ production processes and workflows, while serving as a knowledgeable resource to internal teams
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across Consulting, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Strategy teams to drive success
Develop comprehensive knowledge of the asset management sector and stay ahead of market trends to deliver strategic solutions
What We're Looking For
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of professional experience in a related field
Experience working with financial products, instruments, and methodologies, ideally in capital markets or portfolio management
Proficiency in Excel and financial formulas
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
Financial background in the Asset Management industry with experience in Performance Measurement & Attribution, Risk Management, Business Intelligence, or Reporting Solutions
Knowledge of financial instrument pricing, including derivatives like Options, Futures, and Swaps
Affinity for software, data, and analytics, with preferred skills in Python, SQL, and Database management
Strong analytical, critical thinking abilities, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a supportive team environment
CFA, FRM, CIPM certification, or participation in related programs is a plus
