Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, this luxurious hotel has 389 rooms, 6 food and beverage outlets, and 12,000 square feet of meeting space. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, fine dining restaurant, tea lounge, bar, pool cafe, and in-room dining.

\nIn this role, you will oversee the hotel's bar operations, focusing on service standards and guest experience. You will be reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Senior Food and Beverage Manager, you will be assisting the Director of Food and Beverage and responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food & Beverage departments, including our Banquet department to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
\n\nPlan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.\nImplement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.\nHelp ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.\nInterview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.\n\nThe following outlines the required qualifications for the Senior Food & Beverage Manager:
\n\nPrior Restaurant Management experience in an upscale fine dining environment.\nSignificant beverage knowledge.\nNo less than 3-5 years of substantial work experience at the level of General Manager.\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
\n\nPrior Restaurant Management experience in a Forbes 5-Star hotel or equivalent.\nCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service\nHigh level of IT proficiency\nWhat are we looking for?
