Location: Houston, TX
Target Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000
Position Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will deliver critical financial insights and recommendations, driving performance improvements across the organization. This role is instrumental in corporate planning, forecasting, and financial analysis to support senior management and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
+ Analyze and interpret financial data, presenting insights to support strategic decision-making.
+ Lead annual budget planning, forecasting, and development processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Prepare presentations for board/shareholder meetings, senior leadership reviews, and ad hoc initiatives.
+ Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate portfolio growth opportunities and business strategies.
+ Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances.
+ Execute analytical reviews of financial and operational performance, delivering actionable insights.
+ Collaborate across departments, including operations and commercial teams, to achieve organizational objectives.
+ Enhance the closing process with detailed trend analysis and validation reviews.
+ Translate complex data into meaningful, concise information tied to the company’s strategic vision.
Skills and Competencies
+ Technical Expertise:
+ Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to craft a compelling narrative through data.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with FieldRoutes (or PestPac), Salesforce, and BigQuery preferred.
+ Experience in private equity portfolio companies (PE PortCos) and home service businesses is a plus.

Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 2-3 years in financial analysis.
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Full-time, in-office presence required (Houston, TX).
