We are at the forefront of fintech innovation, enabling over 2,000 companies worldwide to manage their liquidity with precision.Position Overview:As a Senior FP&A Analyst at Kyriba, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring sound financial management. Your analytical skills and strategic insights will support Kyriba's growth objectives and enhance our financial planning processes.Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Analyze financial performance and prepare variance analyses.Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Serve as a key financial advisor to cross-functional teams.Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial trends. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, assess business performance, and support data-driven decision-making.Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Lead initiatives to automate and streamline FP&A activities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Why Join Kyriba?Be part of a dynamic, global team shaping the future of financial technology.Opportunities for professional growth and development in a rapidly expanding company.Competitive compensation package, including benefits and performance-based incentives.A culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and professional excellence.Base compensation for this role is: $114,100.00 - $144,325.00 annual salary. In addition to the base pay this position includes a variable compensation. The role might also be potentially eligible to long term Incentive. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including candidate profile and ideal qualifications as well as specific cost of living circumstances in some specific locations.
