A Kforce client is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in East Windsor, NJ. This client is a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company that is currently growing. This role will be hybrid, Monday through Thursday in the office and Friday remote. Responsibilities include: * Senior FP&A Analyst will perform financial analyses * Prepare MD&A reports * Develop and maintain financial models * Monitor KPIs and business drivers to identify opportunities * As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will create and maintain reporting templates and dashboards * Assist in the budgeting process and develop budgeting models * Review budgets, identify areas of concern and make recommendations * Prepare financial reports
