The Senior Analyst, FP&A CoE will support the FP&A CoE Manager by providing detailed financial analysis, reporting, and data consolidation. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced financial modeling skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial forecasts, budget. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities to help improving quality, collaborating with cross region finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial activities. Assist in APAC all regions pricing and discount monitoring Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes. (including YoY trending, rebate programs, inventory reserve, MFG utilization, etc.) Other ad-hoc reports as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions. Experience with ERP systems, financial software and Power BI (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is preferred.
