Imagine360 is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team! The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for financial data analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support within the organization. This role involves providing strategic financial insights, driving financial performance, and supporting corporate initiatives across various departments and business units.\n
Position Location: 100% remote\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\nFinancial Planning and Forecasting:\n\nDevelop comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.\nCollaborate with department heads to gather inputs, assumptions, and data for accurate financial projections.\nConduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate potential impacts on financial performance.\n\n\nFinancial Analysis and Reporting:\n\nProvide insightful analysis of financial results, trends, and variances to budget and forecast.\nPrepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to management, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency improvements.\n\n\nStrategic Decision Support:\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business performance drivers.\nConduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making processes and assess the financial viability of proposed projects.\nProvide guidance and recommendations to leadership based on rigorous financial analysis and risk assessment.\n\n\nFinancial Systems and Processes:\n\nImplement and enhance financial planning and analysis systems, tools, and processes.\nEnsure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems and establish controls to safeguard financial information.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.\n\n\n\n
Required Experience\/Education:\n\n5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or data\/business analytics.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.\nSQL experience required \n\n
Skills and Abilities:\n\nStrong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.\nStrategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate business needs, and provide strategic insights.\nStrong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), Excel, and\/or financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).\nHealthcare industry \/ HIPAA regulated data environment experience preferred.\n\n
