The Opportunity
As a Senior Front End Developer, your mission is to lead the enhancement of internal-facing applications and tools, focusing on optimizing user experience and operational efficiency. With your extensive expertise in front-end technologies and a passion for innovation, you will architect and implement solutions that significantly improve productivity and streamline processes.

What you will be doing:

Lead Front-End Initiatives: Guide the development and maintenance of internal web applications, ensuring they meet standard best practices and branding requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departmental teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and integrate feedback into development.

User-Centric Design: Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces, focusing on enhancing user experience.

Performance Optimization: Employ best practices to enhance front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Code Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed of emerging front-end technologies and advocate for their adoption to foster innovation.

What we need from you:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with APIs integration (ex. REST).

Over 3 years of experience in front-end development, with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular.

Expertise in responsive design and web performance optimization.

Expertise in UI/UX best practices.

Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills for effective technical and non-technical interactions.

Would represent a plus: wireframing and prototyping, experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, experience with node JS, experience with electron JS.
