Senior Frontend Developer - Asker, Hamar, or Moss

Salary: 750,000 - 900,000 NOK base + commission
Commission: Average 250,000 NOK (can go up to 350,000 NOK for top performers, with the most skilled earning 300-500,000 NOK)
Bonus: Paid twice a year, 30% commission on all invoicing over 1.5 million NOK

About the Role:
Join a company with 12 years of experience in CRM implementations, now expanding into dub service applications with React. We're looking to grow the frontend team from 7 to 30 consultants over the next few years. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you'll play a key role in leading this growth, working with large clients on complex challenges.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience, including Tech Lead or Senior roles
- Skills: Expertise in TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS (full-stack .Net developers with frontend focus also considered)
- Background: Previous experience with large companies, consulting background preferred (no in-house developers)
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree

- Norwegian speaking
- Leadership: Capable of leading in challenging client situations and providing solutions quickly without needing to dive into all the details
