Senior Front-end Engineer

With plenty of opportunities for growth and learning, blaze your own trail with us. **Your Day to Day** **As a Senior Software Engineer you would be working on:** + Own the reference implementation of the Chameleon Design System; + Collaborate with the rest of the team: Product Owner, Agile Coach, and especially UX Designers to deliver components; + Build and support the component framework (on Web with WebComponents and on Mobile with React Native) + Lead the architecture of the design system from an engineering perspective + Mentor contributors from other teams and encourage an open contribution process to the design system; + Collaborate with globally distributed teams to gather feedback and bug reports; + Promote accessibility (a11y) both in the components you develop and in the products using these components; + Help us deliver awesome products, all with a consistent visual identity! **What We’re Looking For** **As a Senior Software Engineer, your background will look like** + A strong understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript; + Familiarity with Web Components; + Familiarity with React Native; + Familiarity with the FAST design system is a plus; + Familiarity with React is a plus; + Good communication skills; + Experience working in an agile environment with CI/CD processes; + Interest in owning both the development and operation of the design system (DevOps model); + Knowledge of Accessibility standards and compliance is a plus; + A desire to learn and to help others grow At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving and dynamic work environment.
