With our support, Publicis Groupe agencies continue to create and deliver award-winning campaigns for their clients. **Overview** As a Senior Front-End Engineer, your main responsibility would be leading, reviewing and supporting the UX/UI of a wide variety of applications used by tens of thousands of internal users every day. We’re looking for experienced front end developers with exhaustive work experience in React.js to design our PPM (Project & Portfolio Management) platform used by multiple business and client teams for managing and executing their projects. **Responsibilities** **Leadership & Oversight** + Lead the development and design of the UX/UI for a wide variety of applications used by tens of thousands of internal users daily. + Review and support the design and implementation of the UX/UI, ensuring high standards and a seamless user experience. **Front-End Development & React.js Expertise** + Develop and implement front-end solutions using React.js, ensuring high performance and maintainability. + Work on the design and development of the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. + Contribute to the creation of scalable, reusable, and efficient React components and libraries. **Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support** + Collaborate with business teams, designers, and back-end developers to define user interfaces and integrate the front-end with the back-end systems. + Provide guidance and support to internal teams in using the PPM platform for managing and executing projects. **User Experience (UX) & Interface Design** + Focus on designing intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces that meet user needs. + Support ongoing improvements to the UX/UI to ensure the platform remains user-friendly and effective for diverse business and client teams. **Platform Performance & Maintenance** + Ensure that the PPM platform performs efficiently, handles large-scale project data, and offers a seamless experience for users. + Continuously monitor and optimize the platform for performance, scalability, and usability. **Qualifications** **Experience** + Minimum 3 years of experience in leading Frontend development teams. + Excellent understanding of React.js and its core principles. + Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS frameworks, JavaScript, Typescript. + Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript - and practical uses in building complex interactive experiences. + Good understanding of how to integrate REST APIs and Microservices into frontend applications. + Hands-on with DevOps pipeline and able to tweak/change build/deployment pipeline as needed. + 2 years experience with unit-testing. + Advantageous if unit testing performed with Jest. + Thorough experience on working on SaaS and iPaas applications. + Good to have experience in GraphQL. + Good to have experience with building mobile responsive applications. **Education** + Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. **Skills** + Upper-Intermediate English level. + 2 years experience with unit-testing. + Advantageous if unit testing performed with Jest. + Thorough experience on working on SaaS and iPaas applications. + Good to have experience in GraphQL. + Good to have experience with building mobile responsive applications.
