About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our Shared Revenue Services team and build reliable, high-performance, and scalable foundational services that are critical to all major revenue workflows within the Clari Platform. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other application and platform engineering teams, and product, design, and support partners.  An ideal candidate will have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.
This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally, partnering with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a cohesive and exceptional user experienceDevelop and maintain a shared React Frontend component library and design systemAssist in defining engineering best practices and developing tooling for consistent state management, routing, component composition, code style, quality, and CI/CDDeliver high-quality results by consulting on and contributing to large, cross-functional projects that significantly impact business objectivesCollaborate with backend engineers to create future-proof interfaces that are easy to use and meet the requirements of client-facing teamsActively mentor junior team membersQualificationsStrong technical background, including 5+ years of experience building large-scale React-based SPAs or web applications with TypeScriptFamiliarity with latest patterns and best practices on hooks, composition, and migrating class-based components to functional componentsDeep understanding of the subtleties of building interactive components that fulfill a wide range of user needs and often subconscious user expectations, including accessibility concernsGreat level of understanding CSS and the majority of its patterns, best practices, & intricaciesExperience with front-end test frameworks (Jasmine/Mocha/Jest) and dynamically rendering SVGExperience with observability in web applications (Sentry, Datadog, Hotjar, Pendo, FullStory, or similar)Familiarity with Frontend build and bundling tools and how they integrate with CI/CD pipelinesSkilled in collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features inline with company goalsExperience with Storybook is greatly desiredExperience with GraphQL is desired but not necessaryResponsive design for mobile and chart rendering experience is a plusPerks and Benefits @ ClariTeam-bonding activities and company-wide eventsFlexible working hours and remote opportunitiesAnnual Well-being and Professional Development StipendsPrivate Healthcare and Multisport PassPaid maternity and paternity leaveStock options#LI-Hybrid
