What the day will look like Maintain and enhance the “Auto Renewals” application written in .net. Add new products to Auto Renew as required. Participate as a member of a distributed team across Asia, Pacific and Europe This is a 1 year direct contract role with Aon Development Responsibilities Participate as a member of a distributed team across Asia, Pacific and Europe Analysing system requirements Developing technical specifications. Writing scalable and performant code for .NET including Web API(s). Reviewing and debugging .NET applications. Deploying functional Api(s), programs, and applications in conjunction with our DevOps team. Drafting software and application operating procedures. Serving as level 3 escalation for production issues. Governance & Delivery Align with the APAC and Global PMO processes and security standards as advised. Work with Global Security Services on any security remediation. Skills and experience that will lead to success Knowledge High-level coding skills in .Net/.Net Core, C# Angular developer kills SQL database scripting knowledge Recent Experience building .net applications and REST services Recent experience deploying to Azure is desirable. Skills Excellent abstract problem solving and vision Innovative thinking Good communication both written and oral English across multiple constituencies. Emotional Intelligence Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science or information technology.. 8+ years proven IT experience 5+ years Integration experience including messaging and event notifications Experience with CI/CD Pipelines Experience with Bitbucket, GitHub Experience with Azure Evidence of being a successful influencer across different teams and cultures.
